People should be able to afford to live in the communities they helped build. Housing, groceries, insurance, utilities, childcare and healthcare all became a lot more real to me when I became responsible for more than myself.

2. Small Business

Taxes aren’t theoretical when you’re the one writing the check. Regulations aren’t words on paper when you have a customer waiting. I built Printworks Industries from the ground up, so I know what it costs to keep the doors open.

• Give small businesses a chance to grow without fighting unnecessary bureaucracy
• Keep taxes and fees predictable so owners can plan, hire and invest

3. Schools & Our Kids

Parents should have confidence in their schools. Schools matter differently when you start thinking about where your own child will sit in a classroom.

• Cut the regulations burying teachers so they can get back to teaching
• Give parents a real voice in their children’s education

4. Real Paths for Young People

Not every young person takes the same road. They should all have a real one.

• Build up the skilled trades and career training alongside college
• Support paths into military service and entrepreneurship

5. Roads & Infrastructure That Actually Get Fixed

When people pay taxes for roads, sewers and infrastructure, they should actually see results in West Dearborn and Dearborn Heights — not years of excuses.

6. The Constitution Belongs to Everybody

A mosque deserves the same protection as a church. A church deserves the same protection as a synagogue. And someone who doesn’t practice a religion at all has the same constitutional rights as someone who does.
